Welcome

This Web site features information specific to the English course in which you enrolled as well as links you may find useful this semester. Whether you are one of my students, or you are considering taking one of my courses, here are some things you should know:

I want you to succeed, and I want you to enjoy English, but I expect you to work hard and to grab the opportunity you have to learn.

I understand the majority of students are juggling multiple courses and numerous responsibilities—much as I am. I also know time is a valuable commodity, and your schedule may not allow for office visits.

You should know that my schedule may not allow for lengthy discussions before or after class. I try to be as available as possible, but I can only guarantee my availability to you during class and during my office time.


That’s the reason I maintain this site: unlike me, this resource is available twenty-four hours each day, seven days each week, and it contains the answers to many of the questions you may have. If the answer is not here, in all likelihood, the link you need to get to your answer is.

Remember, I provide the content of a course, but you supply the desire to learn.
